Chiyoda Almana currentlyhas more than 500 experienced employees and has consistently provided “Project Lifecycle Engineering *3” for Qatari clients. This award follows long term service contracts previously awarded by RasGas, Qatargas and other companies.
Through this contract, which is in line with Qatar Shell’s commitment to support the social and economic pillars of the Qatar national vision 2030, Chiyoda group is aiming to contribute further to Qatari sustainable development.Chiyoda group, through its global operation network, intends to roll out its “Project Lifecycle Engineering” services in other countries including the Middle East and elsewhere while strengthening its regional business development.

The agreement has an initial term of up to five years, and subject to the customer’s activity levels the Company estimates that revenues of up to $75 million may be generated under the contract. The Company expects that work under the contract will begin in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Zinfra is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Bechtel for the design and construction of a 132 kV High Voltage Power Cable System for the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project in Western Australia.
The subcontract has an estimated value of approximately AU $36Million and is expected to support up to 50 engineering, manufacturing jobs at Zinfra, across Australia and onsite at Ashburton North. Work on the design component began in August 2012 and the subcontract is expected to be completed by January 2016.
The 132 kV High Voltage Power Cable System includes the construction of a highly specialised cable duct bank system using expertise within the fields of engineering, design, construction and commissioning.
